Testimony is expected to continue this morning in the April Millsap murder trial.
James VanCallis Jr. is accused of killing the 14-year-old. Millsap's body was found along a popular trail near her home in Armada in July of 2014.
During Friday's proceedings, jurors were shown crime scene photos of Millsap's body. Prosecutors say the teen had been beaten and stomped.
Jurors also heard from a man who testified that he saw April and a man with a motorcycle. However, he couldn't say for sure that the man was VanCallis.
If convicted, VanCallis could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
The testimony is expected to resume at 10:30 a.m.
