Testimony continued today in the trial of a man charged with shooting Federal Judge Terrence Berg.
Kevin Smith, 23, is accused of shooting Berg outside his Detroit home in March of last year.
Police say Smith and another man approached Berg and demanded access to his home. When he refused, police say, Smith shot Berg.
Berg told the jury Smith's eyes looked similar to the man who pulled the trigger, but he couldn't positively identify him as the gunman.
