The Lake House, a gathering place providing support services to those touched by cancer, is bringing in the fall season with Waves of Hope. Through September and the beginning of October, community members are hosting parties where funds raised will go towards The Lake House programming.
The following events are taking place in honor or Waves of Hope; anyone and everyone is welcome to attend:
- Fun @ Fishbones (23722 Jefferson, Saint Clair Shores, MI) Wednesday, September 6, 2017: $20 ticket at the door which includes provides hors d’oeuvre buffet as well as a cash bar.
- Euchre Tournament (at The Lake House: 23500 Pare St., St. Clair Shores, MI) Tuesday, September 19, 2017: $10 donation which includes pizza and fun.
- O’Flaherty’s Irish Bar (15119 Charlevoix, Grosse Pointe Park, MI) Thursday, September 21, 2017: $20 includes food, fun, and a cash bar at Happy Hour prices.
- Market Day (at The Lake House: 23500 Pare St., St. Clair Shores, MI) Sunday, September 24, 2017: Show with some of your favorite “home party” vendors and unique handmade specialties.
- Oktoberfest at Mike’s on the Water (24600 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI) Monday, October 9, 2017: $20 tickets at the door for German buffet and music as well as a cash bar.
