Thieves broke into the popular Midtown restaurant Selden Standard early Monday morning and stole a safe.

Police said two men forced their way into the restaurant on the 3000 block of 2nd Street around 2:45 am and stole a safe, with an unspecified amount of money.

The suspects seen in the surveillance video are believed to be involved in multiple burglaries around Detroit.

Police don’t have a description for the men, other than that they fled the robbery in a dark-colored SUV.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Detroit police at 313-596-5340.
