The hit Broadway musical "Rent" is captivating audiences at the Fisher Theatre in Downtown Detroit. It's the 20th Anniversary Tour of the show that won the Tony award and a Pulitzer Prize for drama. Rent runs through January 20th and tickets are available at www.broadwayindetroit.com

Jonathan Larsson's "Rent" Changed the landscape of American Theatre when it first hit the state in 1996. The rock musical is loosely based on Puccini's "La Boheme." It follows an the lives of 7 artists, struggling to follow their dreams without selling out, while coping with the pain of HIV and Aids affecting their community.
