ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WXYZ) — A Troy resident was hit and killed while crossing the street near the University of Michigan Administration Building on Feb.1.
Police say Ching Ming Chaing, 80, was crossing the street, not at a crosswalk, when he was hit by a vehicle.
