President Donald Trump tweeted for the first time since former FBI director James Comey testified before the Senate.
The president wrote Friday morning, "Despite so many false statements and lies, total and complete vindication... and WOW, Comey is a leaker!"
Comey said he encouraged a friend to share a memo with a reporter. He was concerned that the president would lie about their meetings. The president's personal attorney refuted much of Comey's testimony on Thursday.
The White House has announced that President Trump is holding a press conference later on Friday.
