Beer in honor of late Michigan State punter Mike Sadler coming to MI
The American Homebrewers Association found the top two breweries in America were in Michigan. Bell's Brewery in Comstock was ranked No. 1 and Founders Brewery in Grand Rapids was ranked second.
As for the top-ranked beers in America, Bell's once again took the top honor. Their Two Hearted Ale, an India Pale Ale, was ranked No. 1 and Founders; Breakfast Stout was ranked No. 3. Bell's Hopeslam was ranked No. 5 and Founders' KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout) was tied for sixth.
