Vandalism reported at Livonia churches

Posted

The Archdiocese of Detroit says two Livonia churches were vandalized over the weekend.

Vandals targeted a statue and door at St. Colette Parish, spray painting them with messaging. They also hit the Felician Sisters Motherhouse, spray painting the sidewalk in several locations.

The archdiocese notes that the Livonia Police Department is now investigating and urges their parishes to check their buildings inside and out.
