(WXYZ) — Police are investigating another freeway shooting – this time on westbound I-96 Express and Southfield Wednesday morning.
On Nov. 4, troopers responded to the westbound I-96 Express and Southfield for reports of a freeway shooting. A preliminary investigation revealed that the driver of a Cadillac was traveling on westbound I-96 near the Southfield Freeway.
According to police, the Cadillac was driving next to a Chrysler 300. The driver of the white Cadillac started hearing gunshots and his vehicle sustained multiple bullet holes.
No one was struck, police say.
Westbound I-96 Express is now back open.
