It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Detroit.
This year’s Downtown Detroit Markets have taken on a new meaning. Don’t believe us… Just go see for yourself.

Now, more than 30 venders, two pop-up bars and even igloos surround the giant Christmas tree in Campus Martius.
New this year is the Cadillac Square Lodge, a heated tent where visitors can sip on craft beers and warm cocktails while sitting on plush leather couches and cozying up to the fire.
Just steps outside the winter Lodge, shoppers will find over a dozen Bavarian-style glass stalls with mostly local makers and entrepreneurs selling everything from clothing and jewelry to yoga classes and toboggans.
Vendors, along with the heated glass stalls, are set up at three locations: 1001 Woodward Ave, Capitol Park and Cadillac Square
Detroit’s newest Christmas farm lot at Capitol Park will give holiday shoppers the chance to pick out the perfect Michigan grown tree, wreath or garlands for their home.
The holiday market is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days. Runs November 17 through January 7.
