(WXYZ) — Members of the Michigan Humane Society cautiously rescued a dog trapped on the icy roof of an abandoned home.
The video, posted on the Michigan Humane Society Facebook page on Monday, shows Monty, a brown and white dog, stuck on the roof of a home. The rescue team received an urgent call about the dog being stuck and went out to the home. The team is seen carefully maneuvering through the abandoned home to reach the dog. The rescuers eventually were able to lure the pup in with treats.
The humane society did not list in which Michigan city the rescue took place.
