Video shows Detroit hit-and-run crash that injured 2-year-old

Detroit police are asking for the public's help to find the suspect wanted in connection to a hit-and-run that injured a 2-year-old.

Police say the incident happened on April 24 around 6:35 p.m. near 7 Mile and Van Dyke.

The driver of a Chevy Suburban crossed the center line and struck a dark minivan, according to police. Police say a 2-year-old child in the van was injured in the crash. 

The driver of the Suburban left the scene.

The suspect is described as a bald black male with a heavy build.
