Sterling Heights firefighters came to the rescue of a duckling trapped in a sewer Monday.
Sterling Heights City Hall posted a video on their Facebook page showing the rescue.
The post says firefighters were called to Bank of America near Lakeside Mall on a report that a baby duck fell through the sewer grate.
Firefighters then used a fry strainer from a nearby McDonald's and taped it to a pole, creating a rescue apparatus. They then managed to pull the duckling to the surface, reuniting the little duck with its family.
