Two people are now facing charges after police say they led troopers on a chase in Flint.
It started as a car chase around 2 a.m. Sunday, but turned into a foot chase when the two suspects hopped out of the vehicle and tried to run away. A police helicopter was used in the pursuit and the two suspects were eventually taken into custody.
Officers say the driver of the vehicle was wanted on a felony probation violation and swallowed meth and heroin.
The passenger was also on probation.
