President Trump will be meeting with top Democrats Tuesday to discuss spending and border wall funding.
There are reports that Senate leader Chuck Schumer and House leader Nancy Pelosi will offer him $1.3 billion to fund a wall but that's well short of the $5 billion the president is requesting.
