Voters experienced major delays at Jane Addams Elementary in Redford Township – some were left with two-hour delays.
One voter said he was more than two hours late to work due to a downed voting tabulator and a limited amount of voting booths.
Voters say they saw some people come in and leave in frustration while others made a point to stick it out.
"I was not leaving, I was not deterred," said Nicole Brown. "I want to make sure it's counted."
The county said every effort will be made to make sure the machine is fixed and said the votes would be processed correctly.
