FRANKENMUTH, Mich. (WXYZ) — Bronner's Christmas Wonderland is looking to hire people to do ornament lettering, and they're holding an open house on Wednesday afternoon for those interested.
The ornament lettering employment open house will take place on Wednesday, June 19 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the store's Program Center, located in Section 2.
They are looking for people with strong penmanship and people skills, people with the ability to learn and follow the script using paint pens. The part-time positions will run through December, with some weekends and evenings required.
According to Bronner's, they will have 50 percent more wages on Saturday evenings, Sundays and holidays.
At the event, there will be the opportunity to learn the basics of ornament lettering and apply or the position. There will be demonstrations, one-on-one training and all materials will be provided. At the end of the training, you will receive practice ornaments, which will be due back in a week and then interviews will be set.
