WARREN, Mich. (WXYZ) — Jeffrey Ali Zaidi, 40, of Warren, was charged June 12 in connection to a road rage incident that occurred earlier in the month, in which he allegedly pulled out a gun and swerved at the victim’s vehicle.
The incident occurred at southbound I-75 near Eight Mile Road in Detroit. The victim’s vehicle had two children and two adult females in it. The front seat passenger obtained the suspect’s license plate.
Troopers identified and arrested the suspect following an investigation. They found several firearms through a search warrant. Zaidi was a concealed pistol license holder at the time of his arrest.
Zaidi’s bond was set at $35,000 or 10 percent.
