Summit Academy Flat Rock has challenged staff, students and parents to walk 1 mile a day for 100 days .
Teachers at the charter school made a hilarious lip sync video to inspire the community to keep it moving.
Principal Sally Racette said she had seen a similar 100-day fitness challenge online, and thought it would be a fun way promote healthy habits for the community.
Racette says anyone who participates in the challenge by tracking their progress will be entered into a drawing for two free bicycles and the person who walks the most will receive a gift certificate to a local sporting goods store.
