It's no secret that Detroit Red Wings rookie Anthony Mantha has the potential for a great future in the Winged-Wheel.
The 21-year-old, who's currently on the Grand Rapids Griffins playoff roster, scored one goal in Tuesday night's game against the Milwaukee Admirals, and helped seal a sweep for the Griffins as the team prepares for another Calder Cup run.
His puck soared past the goaltender and sliced the net.
That was the second slicer of the second period. Earlier in the game, Brian Lashoff had a goal that also cut through the net.
