A 47-year-old Wayne County employee is now facing charges in a March crash that killed a road worker.
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy says the Lincoln Park man was driving behind 47-year-old David Wolf and 46-year-old Wilbert King when he slammed into them.
Wolf and King were filling asphalt on the road at the time of the crash near Van Born and Fellrath in Taylor.
Wolf died from his injuries and King was treated for serious wounds.
The Lincoln Park man is being charged reckless driving causing death, reckless driving causing serious impairment, work zone death and work zone injury.
The man's name will be released once an official arraignment is set, according to Worthy.
