The Westland Police Department is looking to identify a man caught on video in a credit card fraud incident.
Police say the fraud occurred at the Speedway located at 5795 S. Merriman on Oct. 24, 2018.
Police say the man has a heavier build, dark hair with a very short beard and mustache and glasses. He was wearing a gray and black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
