Angry Mama microwave cleaner promises to make old hard stains and messes easy to wipe clean without using chemicals and for the most part, it works.
You simply fill Angry Mama with water and vinegar and microwave her on high for seven minutes. A couple minutes in, steam starts coming out of the holes in her head effectively softening the hardened, baked on food inside.
While this product does work, it should come with a warning: boiling vinegar STINKS pretty badly.
The box suggests using lemon or essential oils to create a more pleasant odor. We tried adding lemon and it didn't help at all. Perhaps essential oils can overpower the smell of boiling vinegar, but it's hard to imagine.
If you open a window and turn on a fan, the odor passes and you're left with a microwave you can wipe clean!
