The Westland Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify a woman wanted for snatching an employee tip jar from a restaurant on June 27.
Police say the woman captured in the surveillance photos above walked into the Bamboo Garden Restaurant around 3 p.m. and placed a carry-out order. While employees weren't looking, police say the woman ripped the tip jar-- which was secured by a chain -- off of the counter.
