DETROIT (WXYZ) — A 28-year-old woman was fatally stabbed Saturday afternoon in Detroit. Witnesses say the victim was seen arguing with a man just before she was stabbed.
The crime happened at 4:22 p.m. in the 6100 block of Michigan Ave. in Detroit.
According to a preliminary police investigation, witnesses saw the victim coming out of an ally with stab wounds to her body. The witnesses called 911 and the victim was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
This is an ongoing investigation.
