(CNN) — A Wisconsin woman lost her hair "in clumps" after using a conditioner she bought from Walmart Sunday.
It is being alleged that the hair conditioner was spiked with Nair, a hair removal product.
Ashley Robinson described her "traumatic" experience on Facebook, saying: "You don’t think to check your shampoo or conditioner once you buy it, well tonight that changed for me."
