Romulus Police was called to a scene on Nov. 24 where a woman had been shot in the face. She was transported to the hospital for medical care.
Police say Kyon Lamar Smith a man sought in relation to the shooting has turned himself in.
Police have not commented on why Smith was being sought, or if he is a suspect in the case.
No other information has been released.
The woman's condition hasn't been released.
