RIVER ROUGE, Mich. (WXYZ) — A 23-year-old woman passed away after she was shot multiple times in River Rouge.
Police say the shooting occurred in the area of Frazier and Eaton at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 4.
Police say the victim, identified as Tamia Cook, arrived home in her car and was walking up to her house. At least two gunmen shot from the sidewalk, police say.
She was then rushed by ambulance to the hospital where she died.
At this time, no one has been arrested.
