(WXYZ) — WOW Internet is currently experiencing a service outage in part of Southeast Michigan.
The outage was initially reported Friday, April 3.
According to WOW and MDOT, the outage was due to road construction on I-75 that caused a fiber cut.
Hi, crews were working through the night to restore connectivity and will continue to work through the weekend to restore everyone’s service. Some have been restored. – Diane Cross, MDOT
Crews are working to restore power, but right now there is no estimated time of completion.
