DETROIT (WXYZ) -- Turns out the public visitors aren't the only ones shopping for a new car at the North American International Auto Show.

2015 IndyCar Series Champion Scott Dixon and 2015 IndyCar Dual in Detroit Race 2 winner Sebastien Bourdais checked out the Chevrolet display at Cobo Center on Friday.

"I'm a big Corvette guy," said Bourdais. "I'm still debating with my wife whether we're gonna get one or not."

"I was supposed to win the pace car if I won the race, but that still hasn't happened, so if I want one it looks like I have to buy one."
