DETROIT (WXYZ) -- Alexander Rossi says winning the 100th Indianapolis 500 is still sinking in.
"I'm working on it. It's slowly getting there," Rossi told Kacie Hollins Sunday night. "It's something pretty special and I'm taking my time and just enjoying the moment."
Rossi, who previously sought a career in Formula 1, took the checkered flag Sunday at the Brickyard, becoming the first rookie to win the Indy 500 since Helio Castroneves in 2001.
