BRADENTON, Fla. (AP) -- Adam Frazier and Pittsburgh prospect Austin Meadows both homered and Francisco Cervelli hit a two-run triple as the Pirates rallied to beat the Tigers 5-4 on Saturday.
Anibal Sanchez pitched six hitless innings for Detroit, striking out six. Tyler Collins hit a three-run homer off Pirates starter Tyler Glasnow.
Glasnow struck out nine in four innings.
