LAKELAND, Fla. (AP) -- J.D. Martinez hit a solo homer and a double as the Tigers beat the Mets 4-3 in Grapefruit League play on Sunday.
Justin Upton and Omar Infante also had multihit games for the Tigers, who won their first spring training game since March 1.
Reigning AL Rookie of the Year Michael Fulmer struggled through 2 1/3 innings, allowing two earned runs and three hits.
