University of Michigan head basketball coach John Beilein is taking part in the annual Infiniti Coaches Charity Challenge, and he's picked a cause that's near and dear to all Wolverine fans.
Beilein is trying to raise money for the Chad Tough Foundation. The winning coach wins $100,000 for their charity.
The Chad Tough Foundation works to fund research and raise awareness for Pediatric Brain Tumors with an emphasis on Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). It is named after the grandson of former Wolverine football head coach Lloyd Carr, who died of DIPG last year.
