ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WXYZ) -- Katelynn Flaherty scored 29 points, Hallie Thome added 27 points, and Michigan beat Virginia Tech 80-62 in the WNIT quarterfinal round Saturday at Crisler Arena.
Flaherty has scored 701 total points this season, becoming the only player in program history with two 700-point seasons.
Michigan will play the winner of Sunday's Indiana-Villanova quarterfinal in the semifinal round either Wednesday or Thursday.
