Calvin Johnson is a man of few words.
He hasn't said much about his retirement since he made his decision official in March. The former Lions wide receiver released a statement in March. Last month, he told reporters at his youth camp he wasn't coming back to the NFL.
Johnson spoke to E:60 for an extensive sit-down interview, adding to his reasons for retiring.
"If we would've been a contender, it would've been harder to let go," Johnson told ESPN. The interview airs on Thursday night at 10 p.m.
