Dylan Larkin has no ill will toward any of the Chicago Blackhawks.
"Anytime Chicago was in the Stanley Cup, I was pulling for them. But never against Detroit," he said on Wednesday.
Larkin will face the Blackhawks for the first time in his career when the two teams meet at Joe Louis Arena.
The Waterford native grew up watching the Red Wings, but always had an eye on the American star leading Chicago.
"I was a big Patrick Kane fan, actually," Larkin said.
For anyone who's seen the D-Boss video from Larkin's youth, that shouldn't come as a surprise.
