Michigan football Jim Harbaugh says Jabrill Peppers should be a candidate for this year's Heisman Trophy.
Harbaugh made the declaration after the Wolverines 78-0 win over Rutgers Saturday night.
In the win over Rutgers, Peppers ran for 74 yards and two touchdowns.
