'Jurassic World' and 'Iron Man 3' actor Ty Simpkins visited Detroit on Monday night.
Simpkins attended the Tigers game at Comerica Park as he attempts to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums.
WXYZ Detroit sports anchor Brad Galli saw the actor's post on Twitter, and invited him to help co-anchor the 11 p.m. sportscast on 7 Action News.
Simpkins, who's acted next to Robert Downey Jr., Chris Pratt, and Bryce Dallas Howard, accepted the invitation.
He revealed why he covers his face every time Miguel Cabrera bats, and even recited a famous line from the pivotal scene in 'Jurassic World.'
