The Detroit Lions and cornerback Darius Slay have agreed to a four-year contract extension, the team announced Friday.
According to Pro Football Talk, the contract is worth $50.2 million with $23 million guaranteed at signing.
Slay, 25, has played three seasons with the Lions after being drafted from Mississippi State in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
He has played in every game for the last two seasons, totaling 120 tackles, four interceptions and 30 pass deflections.
