MSU football halftime shows won't ever be the same.
Zeke The Wonder Dog III, who dazzled the crowd with Frisbee catches of all types, died unexpectedly Saturday from a brain tumor, owner Jim Foley told the Lansing State Journal.
The tradition of "Zeke The Wonder Dog" goes back to 1977.
The Foley family trained Zeke II, who performed from 2007 to 2012, before Zeke III took over.
The MSU football twitter account shared a remembrance on Saturday.
