The Huskers remembered punter Sam Foltz tonight with a touching tribute.
On its first fourth down, Nebraska sent out 10 players with no punter, taking a delay of game penalty. Fresno State declined the penalty.
Foltz died in a car accident -- along with former MSU punter Mike Sadler -- in July.
