ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WXYZ) -- Marcelo scored two goals and Mariano Diaz added a goal to lift Real Madrid to a 3-2 win over Chelsea on Saturday in the International Champions Cup.
A crowd of 105,826 filled Michigan Stadium, marking the second-largest crowd to watch a soccer game on American soil. Real Madrid's 2014 game against Manchester United in Ann Arbor drew 109,318 fans.
Marcelo scored in the 19th and 26th minutes to give Real Madrid the early lead, with Mariano Diaz's tally coming in the 37th minute.
Eden Hazard put Chelsea on the board in the 80th minute, then added his second of the game ten minutes later.
