On Saturday, the commitments continued.
4-star offensive guard prospect Jordan Reid gave a verbal commitment to the Spartans while participating in 'The Opening' Nike event in Eugene, Oregon.

He is the second highly-sought recruit to pledge during the nationally televised event pitting the best high school recruits against one and other.
