GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WXYZ) -- Hitting a half-court game winner at the buzzer would usually be enough excitement for any basketball player.
Walter Alevesteffer took it one step further this week with a memorable celebration during the Michigan Special Olympics basketball championships at Calvin College.
After hitting a buzzer-beater from nearly half-court, Alevesteffer did a front flip, then was picked up by former Michigan State star Drew Neitzel and the rest of his teammates.
