Western Michigan improves to 9-0 with win over Ball State

The Western Michigan Broncos improved to 9-0 with a 52-20 win over the Ball State Cardinals on Tuesday night.

This came just hours after the Broncos were ranked No. 23 in the year's first College Football Playoff rankings.

Zach Terrell was 23-34 for 367 yards and three touchdowns in the game. All three of the touchdowns went to Corey Davis, who had 272 receiving yards.

Jarvion Franklin added 109 yards on the ground with two rushing touchdowns.

Darius Phillips also added a touchdown on an interception he took back 75 yards.

Next week, Western Michigan heads to Kent State on Thursday night.
