It was an action packed day inside the Eagle Eye Conference Center in Bath, Michigan. About 200 students and possible future broadcasters participated in the Michigan Association of Broadcasters BCBC 2016.
The MAB created the Broadcasting Career Builder Conference in 2005 with the hope of providing young people the information and tools they need to enter and be successful in this industry. Eloise Jordan (HR Director for WXYZ/WMYD-TV 7/20 & WSYM Fox 47) and I teamed up with several other Michigan broadcasting managers to help conduct one-on-one mentoring and offer career building advice to these talented Michigan high school and college students.
