Marketing solutions company Dialog Direct is looking to hire 300 people to support the company’s growth in the health insurance market.
The company has immediate openings for:
· Health & Life licensed insurance sales agents
· Quality assurance specialists
New hires will participate in a 4-5 week paid training period beginning in late August. Additional training classes would run until the beginning of October.
Also, Dialog Direct will cover the costs of a licensing course, state exam, and state license to enable new hires to get licensed in Health and Life Insurance.
“We’re looking for people who are friendly, energetic, and engaging over the phone to handle inbound sales enrollment calls, said Amy McCarty, Dialog Direct Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement.
“We’ll provide comprehensive subject matter content, paid training and coach the team on ways to deliver the ideal customer experience with every call,” McCarty added.

Salary ranges vary depending on the position. Bonus opportunities may be available in addition to base salaries.
