Ann Arbor police have issued a crime alert after two alarming incidents in three days.

Police say no one was injured, but both incidents are considered sexually explicit and criminal and police want to bring attention to what happened.

They are concerned because they say both incidents happened in the same area near West Liberty, Eberwhite Blvd. and W. Washington.

In the first incident, police say a white man approached two female joggers, grabbed them, and then followed them as they tried to run away.

The women reportedly got away and lost sight of the man.

In the second incident, a black man knocked on a door and exposed himself to a 14-year-old boy who answered.

He left when the teen shut the door.

Ann Arbor police remind everyone to be vigilant with your surroundings and to never answer your front door for a stranger.

They are urging anyone else who is the victim of a similar crime to step forward.
